ARE YOU A RISE GUYS P1?

In radio industry lingo, a P1 is a listener who fits into their desired demographic. For instance, if a station's desired demo was Men 25-54 and you were a 34 year old male, you'd be one of their P1's. A lot of people in radio would just refer to you as a P1. They don't care your name or where you from, just as long as you fit into their demo. Well, we don't care about how much money you make, your sex, your age, etc. If you listen to us, we sincerely appreciate that. Male or female, 13 or 83, living in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia. Doesn't matter!

So, The Rise Guys are making it our mission to make the radio term "P1" actually mean something more than just a freakin' number on a chart.

SO WHAT IS A RISE GUYS P1? - THE RULES!

A Rise Guys P1 actively spreads the word about the show to friends and family that may still be brainwashed and listening to that other crap on other shows.

A Rise Guys P1 doesn't just call in to hear themselves talk on the radio. They have something that will actually add to the conversation at hand.

A Rise Guys P1 listens to The Rise Guys Morning Show EXCLUSIVELY and doesn't flip other to other shows.

A Rise Guys P1 calls into the show and says hey this is "P1 (insert your name here)." You also turn your radio down, and you don't drop any profanity on the air.

A Rise Guys P1 loves to get hooked up with free stuff from time to time :) Hey, if we know there's a P1 on the phone, we start to feel like Santa Claus.

A Rise Guys P1 listens to at least 1 hour of the show every day.

A Rise Guys P1 enjoys the sweet taste of beer, especially when it's just 93 cents.
